I purchased this new book that Phonetic Planet recommended on Instagram recently, and I love it! I look forward to sharing it with lots of children, including my own. (Phonetic Planet is a group whose goal is to nurture literacy in children through experiences in nature.)

In this story, a young girl’s grandfather invites her to make the world more beautiful before she dies. She helps people as a librarian, travels the world, and lives by the sea, but she still is searching how to make the world more beautiful. Then she discovers one way that she can.

A lovely tale with a lovely purpose! And not just because I happen to love lupines…😉
