3T: Cleaning copper pots


I learned a cool trick from Lane tonight. After our dinner with extended family, he was cleaning my mom’s pot with salt and vinegar. He poured a little vinegar on the pan and sprinkled some salt and spread it around with his hand. It was an instant brightening! Very cool! Mom loved watching her 50 years old copper-bottomed pot brighten up!

I love being married to someone who knows cool things like that AND does the dishes! (And makes scrumptious banana bread and chocolate chip cookies from scratch AND without a recipe and…!)
