Mmmm: Finnish gingerbread cookies, for Mila

OK, I’m not very good at staying away from blogging, but this was for a really good reason. Lane and I recently visited a grade of school children to teach about Christmas in Finland. We brought Anna’s brand cookies as a taste of the holiday. One darling girl asked where we got the cookies. I told her mom which grocery store, but what I wish I could have brought were homemade Finnish gingerbread cookies. (But unfortunately, homemade is against school policy.)

So I wanted to post the recipe just for her!

Happy Smelling Baking Cookies,

Liz 🙂

P.S. (I borrowed this photo of Anna’s brand cookies until I can take one of my own of the recipe. This blogger made sandwich cookies out of her Anna’s.
